He runs his own consulting firm, Inotek Consulting Group, LLC, delivering innovative solutions to large corporations and small businesses. His projects have included engagements with numerous clients throughout the U.S., and range in nature from mobile application development to complete integration solutions. He has previously authored BizTalk 2010 Recipes, Pro EDI in BizTalk Server 2006 R2, and Pro RFID in BizTalk Server 2009, and has spoken at a number of venues including Microsoft TechEd. In addition to BizTalk, he works with SharePoint, MSCRM, and custom .NET development. Beckner, his wife Sara, and his boys Ciro and Iyer live in New Mexico. Bought The EDI for the Health Care

I had my employer purchase the other book they wrote (for the health care) so I think they are pretty similar. I do not think it's worth it. All there is in the book is some screenshots and the texts are mostly from MSDN and other MS documents. I am trying to find a real good BizTalk book but can't, I mean a book like those that I have for Oracle, by Tom Kyte (by they way Tom Kyte helps write a lot of the Oracle docs so he just refers his readers to those docs and does not copy them again in his books).

Since working with BizTalk for several years in the supply chain management Industry, there have been several occasions where I have needed some sort of guidance. Finally there is something out there!! After searching for an adequate guide I have stumbled upon this book and it provides me with just the answers I need. It is compact enough that I don’t need to trudge around thousands of pages of information. It is short and to the point, this is one of my favorite things about this book.

This resource has allowed me to move forward through projects with greater efficiency and clearer understanding of BizTalk processes.
